Jamie’s 30 Minute Meals

 

I absolutely love this series! Jamie Oliver cooks really fantastic but simple food, but they’ve removed lots of the recipes of the website and now I’m going to have to go out and actually buy the book!

There was one recipe which I was going to share with you today that I had saved and was desperate to try.

It was a different take on chicken skewers. Obviously I’m a vegetarian, but only me and my mum are in my family so I thought I would cook chicken for everyone else and king prawns for us. (This is what we usually do and everyone decides they would much rather eat king prawns.)

My favourite thing about his 30 minute meals are the salads and sides.
